Sapiens Decision, a subsidiary of Sapiens International (NASDAQ: SPNS), is hiring for the position of Decision Analyst in its Decision Management practice area. Sapiens Decision is the developer of Sapiens Decision, the market’s leading enterprise decision management solution.

Role:

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for eliciting, discovering, modeling and validating client decisions (business rules or logic) relating to the client’s strategic business processes and operations. You will be expected to acquire and leverage a full set of business analysis skills, strategies and best practices to successfully meet demanding project goals within dynamic environments. You will need to quickly learn new domains, present complex problems accurately and succinctly, formulate creative and well-presented proposals, deliver models to requirements, and support the deployment, integration, and post go-live implementation of solutions. You will be required to confidently train client teams in methodology and tooling and provide coaching and mentoring during engagements.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

These are skills of interest and nice to haves but not required. The most important traits are eagerness and aptitude to learn new methodologies, software and skill sets, ability to work well with teams and clients, and scoring well on the logic screening, case study and professional interviews.

  • Enjoyment of logic puzzles
  • Experience with project work and presenting findings to groups
  • Experience gaining consensus on complex topics with remote teams
  • Experience with workshop facilitation
  • Business process modeling and documentation experience
  • Conceptual and logical data modeling
  • Advanced MS Excel experience
  • Experience with Analysis and Creative Problem Solving
  • Excellent written skills and ability to rapidly and succinctly present findings via MS PowerPoint
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Experience with project management tools and processes
  • Experience with Agile Development and working on an agile team
  • Experience with delivering IT support, help desk, or similar
  • Experience with database administration
  • Experience with programming languages

Education and Travel:

    • Travel: 10% to 50% with ability to be flexible and available to travel on short notice.
